Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Develop, drive, and enhance operational and commercial relationships with all franchise owners across the UK.
Strategic Development: Ensure the right stores are opened by the right franchisees, fostering growth and maintaining excellence.
Performance Management: Oversee the achievement of key business targets and KPIs, ensuring franchisees are motivated and on track.
Commercial Insight: Utilise your knowledge of P&Ls and high-level commercial awareness to influence business decisions and drive results.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, impactful relationships with franchisees, stakeholders, and executive-level management.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Franchise Development or Operations Management.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence and deliver results at all levels.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on approach.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Qualifications:
A degree is preferred, but not essential.
Full UK Driving Licence is a must.
