We are seeking an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager for our client within there soft services division to oversee the delivery of cleaning services. This role requires a strong leader with a focus on maintaining high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for allocated contracts, building and maintaining senior-level relationships.

Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery and maintain top QA/KPI scores.

Lead and manage cleaning teams, ensuring all work meets specified standards.

Conduct quarterly client meetings, prepare reports, and implement action plans for low-scoring contracts.

Handle personnel management, including rostering, training, and performance.

Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including COSHH.

Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring outstanding service.
