MTrec’s New Client Opportunity
Our client is a successful and established company based in Crook, County Durham. They are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to work with them on a full time, temp to perm basis. If you meet the person specification for the role below, please apply for an immediate response.
The Role you will be Doing

Ensure a high quality, customer focused service at all times

Show excellent communication skills with a wide range of customers, suppliers and colleagues

Liaise and maintain a good rapport with suppliers and couriers for both products and services
-
Use various IT systems such as Microsoft packages and in house company systems
-
Engage with customers to ensure needs are met and communicate back to ensure customer satisfaction
-
Manage complaints in a timely, professional manner
-
Have a professional manner when communicating over both the phone and emails
-
Respond to email enquiries regarding sales questions
-
Answer all incoming sales and customer service calls
-
Prepare finance options and applications for the company, and approve/cancel when applicable
-
Send payment emails to customers requesting payment on BACS orders
-
Gain an excellent product knowledge and efficiently assist customers

Partake in managing social media platforms

Support team members with payment queries
-
Support team with product knowledge
About You
-
Have previous experience in a customer service based role
-
Have excellent communication skills
-
Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times

Have knowledge of Microsoft packages
-
Be IT literate
-
Have the drive to maximise sales
-
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high performance and a customer driven environment
