Although experience would be an advantage but this isn't essential.

Organized and able to manage your time well
Excellent written and verbal skills
Confident both face-to-face and on the telephone
To be knowledgeable on the local area
Some of your daily duties will be:
Arrange and conduct viewings, showing out vendors houses in the best possible light
Secure offers from applicants and skilfully negotiate with our vendors
Keep an up to to date CRM system and know who this weeks hot applicants are
Arrange valuations
Provide accurate and prompt feedback on all viewings
Manage the progression of the sales
Adhoc support to the lettings team
