We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented eCommerce Merchandiser to drive online sales growth and optimise the digital presence for this Kilburn-based builders merchant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of SEO, merchandising, and eCommerce expertise to develop and execute strategies that enhance website traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the eCommerce Merchandiser:

Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.

Optimise website content, product descriptions, and metadata to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Manage product assortment with help of assisted software.

Create engaging product displays and promotions to drive customer interest and increase sales.

Analyse website performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Support to enhance the overall customer experience.

Stay up-to-date with eCommerce industry trends and best practices.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent project management and organisational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.

Knowledge of paid advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).

Experience with content management systems (CMS).
