Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 plus commission and private healthcare

The role is for an Event Partnerships Executive to join their fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with a variety of sponsors through email and telephone and will benefit from comprehensive support and training provided by their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
Client Outreach: Conduct calls, send emails, and utilize platforms to connect with potential clients.
Sales Meetings: Present and promote their events to prospective clients through meetings and presentations.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position their events.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
Report directly to the Global Head of Partnerships
To Be Our Client’s Event Partnership Executive You Will Likely:
Have an interest in understanding what influences customers decisions and be eager to learn about the business factors that affect them
Having an interest in business is a must, as is an entrepreneurial spirit, a readiness to take responsibility for your work and, of course, great communication skills.
Passionate for new business sales/prospecting.
Enjoy working in a busy, team-oriented environment and be comfortable collaborating with others in a growing company.
Comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with senior leaders and executives.
Not have experience in conferences. They look for people who have done interesting things with their time – and who can grow and develop – rather than those who just have good qualifications.
Communication, research and great analytical skills are essential, along with an entrepreneurial flair and a target-driven mindset.
Keen to learn new skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
