Job Title: Sales Executive (Lead Generation)
Location: Ilkley, Leeds, UK, LS29
Home working 4 days per week, 1 day office working (Flexible on which day you work from the office)
Hours: 09:30 – 16:30
Pay: £22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum
Employment Type: Full-Time
Bonus: £300 - £1200 per month approximately (uncapped)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Lead Generator with a passion for finance or a strong desire to learn the sector. While B2B sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates from various sales backgrounds who possess the right attitude and skills. This role is pivotal to our sales process, involving outbound calling, managing inbound enquiries, and engaging with potential clients via our live chat system.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls using data provided to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Quality check and verify the accuracy of the data provided.
Respond to inbound enquiries and manage the live chat, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Continuously develop knowledge of our financial products and services.
Skills & Experience:
Preferred: B2B sales experience.
Open to: Candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn the finance sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
A proactive approach with a focus on delivering results.
