We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a Project Manager based in the North West that’s highly experienced with fit out/refurbishment projects. You’ll be joining one of the most well established Design & Build businesses in the area.
The projects tend to be based across the North/North West. Generally stretching from Liverpool through to Leeds. Where they’re mostly commercial projects such as office fitouts, restaurant/bar refurbs, or retail spaces. In terms of value they can range anywhere up to £10 million in value for some of the larger projects.
The package on offer for this role is open to some negotiation, naturally in line with your experience. To give you an idea however, the upper end of the salary bandings would be around £60 - £65,000. Which also comes with a car allowance on top.
Job Role:

Have full responsibility for projects from the start through to handover ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, safely and to the highest of standards

Being responsible for the profitability of the overall project and report any changes to the agreed, planned details

Managing multiple projects at the same time ensuring each one is given the attention it requires

Maintain accurate commercial and progress reporting

Communicate with the QS on any commercial changes

Work alongside the commercial team to ensure sites are reliably stocked with materials
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a Project Manager

Worked extensively on fitout/refurbishment projects

CSCS Card (black preferred) and a SMSTS
-
HNC or HND in a construction management field preferred but not necessary

Background in joinery/carpentry preferred but not necessary
