This role is working for an established multi-disciplinary firm, which acquire and develop commercial and residential property assets in London.
Job Responsibilities:

Calendar management and scheduling

Supporting and assisting the company’s Chairman

Liaising with clients and internal partners

Organising and maintaining documents and files using relevant system

Rent collections and lease management of residential and commercial properties
Qualifications and Experience:

Previous administration and office management experience is essential

A good understanding of the property industry is ideal
