Service Delivery and Supplier Management Lead - Up To £67,000 - FTC Until June 2027 - Hybrid (Up to one day in Cardiff a week)
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with an essentially valuable not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Service Delivery and Supplier Management Lead who will be ensuring appropriate Service delivery of IT Services
This role is ideal for someone with a good length of experience in IT Service Management in a Senior Leadership position.
What the Service Delivery and Supplier Management Lead will be doing
You will be responsible for the Service delivery of 24x7 IT service, leading a team to deliver excellent service performance related to all IT vendors.
Ensuring that the service is defined to support IT and business objectives
Defining appropriate Service levels and Service credit regime relating to vendor/supplier management
Responsible for KPI development, benchmarking and continuous improvement efforts
Lead a high performing team in a multi-disciplinary function consisting of 32 employees
What you will bring to the team
You will have extensive experience in leading ITIL Service Management Disciplines in a 24x7x365 environment.
Proven experience of leading, managing, developing a large and diverse team
Ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management
Around 10 years' experience in a Senior Leadership position in IT Service Management
Experience of Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks.
