A high-end firm based in Birmingham are looking for a Receptionist to provide a first-class client service and administer all tasks in a timely and professional manner. With a well-established reputation, the firm really values a strong client-focus alongside an efficient and proactive approach. This role is an inital 10 months FTC, fully office based and requires prior corproate or high end hospitality based experience.
As a busy and dynamic role in a corporate office, the position will primarily involve:

Meeting and greeting clients

Coordinating the busy meeting rooms

Screening telephone queries and emails

Liaising with internal departments, building relationships and monitoring the running of the reception area

Ordering of stationary and stock
-
Booking of travel and accommodation
-
Provision of refreshments and barista service
-
A wide array of projects for senior management
This is a full-on, exciting front of house position with a good deal of client contact. Ideally, you will have some reception/corporate office experience behind you already alongside a positive and hard-working approach. You must be warm, engaging and proactive!
