Our client, a leading global supplier of sustainable solutions in various industries, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team in the U.K.
Your responsibilities as the new Sales Administrator:

Management of spares enquiries, from costing and quoting through to order acceptance

Creation of supplier purchase orders

Preparation of presentations
-
Input into marketing activity and social media
-
Minute taking
-
CRM data entry and reporting
-
Travel and accommodation bookings
-
Collation of expenses
-
Coordination of customer visits
-
General administrative tasks
Skills and requirements:
-
Must be IT literate with a high level of competence across the Microsoft suite

Ideally someone with experience of working in an engineering company, in a Sales or Project environment. Desirable, but not mandatory.
About the role:

Salary – £25,000 pro-rata
-
Hours – 20-30 hours per week over 5 days
-
Pension – 5% matched defined contribution scheme

Holidays – 24 days (+ bank holidays) pro-rate
