What you'll be doing:
This role is being offered as a maternity cover for 9-12 months.
You will monitor the day to day administration tasks for our employees lifecycle (joiners, leavers, retirements, deaths, contribution payovers etc), including prioritising, managing and responding to member and employee enquiries relating to pensions and life assurance.
Providing pensions knowledge for Veolia by efficient and effective liaison with key stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, Reward and Finance and to support all change management initiatives which interlink with the pension operations. This will include the documentation and frequent review/improvement of pensions processes.
Act as cover when needed for the Finance & Compliance Administrator and some parts of the role of the Senior Trustee & Supplier Oversight Officer where necessary.
To support the Pensions Operations & Supplier Relationship Manager by accurately processing member data necessary for the good running of the various pension schemes operated by Veolia. In summary to support the day to day administration of all of the UK and Ireland pension and life assurance arrangements.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience of the Pensions industry, with current working knowledge of multiple pension schemes (desirable)
Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to breakdown complex issues and deliver on time
Ability to support others
Self-starter with the ability to operate in the detail
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skill
