Compliance Audit Officer

Our client is looking for a Compliance Audit Officer to join their friendly and vibrant team.
Your daily duties will include;

Performing and documenting internal departmental and ISO audits

Liaising with and reporting to Senior Management to ensure compliance of requirements of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards

Helping to create and update Company Policies
-
Completing and reviewing risk assessments
-
Review legislation and update
-
Monitor, measure, and report to Senior Management on compliance
-
Monitor and log all complaint and feedback received
-
Maintain Document Library, including reviewing and updating departmental documentation
-
Maintaining the log and availability of the Company’s pool vehicles
-
General ad hoc tasks and emails
-
Completing weekly fire alarm tests
-
Performing and documenting GDPR audits
About You;
-
Previous administration experience is essential and within compliance would be desirable
-
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-
Excellent organisational skills
-
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
-
Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
-
Excellent attention to detail, proven decision making.
