Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support Division are excited to be working with a leading transport organisation in Sheffield. The client is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator on a fixed-term contract basis.
You will be an integral part of the team supporting in launching projects effectively, coordinating closely with several departments.
Job Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
Update and ensure accuracy of company and customer reports
Distribute reports to stakeholders on time
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
Maintain project documentation and coordinate team communication
Track project resources and prepare meeting materials
Flexibly assist in other business functions as needed
Provide input on business processes
To be successful in this role of Project Coordinator:
At least 12 months experience within an similar role
Proven experience within a fast paced, varied role
Have a high attention to detail
Drive to progress into a Project Management position
