The role is based at our Hub at Landor Street Birmingham. The salary is from £27,560 Plus Bonus, Holidays, Pension.
As a Customer Relations Officer in the Central Region Customer Hub, you will provide exceptional customer service to our existing clientele. You will play a pivotal role in the management of their waste collections and be the first port of call for any customer enquiries within the Region. We are focused on driving our customer satisfaction and maximising retention opportunities through delivering a reliable, personable, professional and industry-leading customer relations service.
