Warehouse Team Leader - No management experience needed
A Warehouse Team Leader is required for a client of ours in Milton Keynes
This particular company are well known locally and have sites all over the UK.
The Role:
To ensure the warehouse departments run smooth, Team Leaders play a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency and productivity across their departments and warehouses. You will need to maintain the packing accuracy of our products and efficient management products to the department.
You will conduct basic supervision of the Warehouse Operatives, providing coaching and working with Management teams to identify training needs.
Requirements for this role:
The Warehouse Team Leader must have a basic background of managing a small team, a can do positive attitude and the willingness to get stuck in and lead the team.
Hours & Pay:
Guaranteed 40 hour week!
Shifts are any 5 days from 7 with the flexibility of start and finish times.
You will start a 5 day shift pattern on your rota with a start time between 10pm and 10am to conduct an 8 hour shift
The Pay for this role is:
£13.53 Per hour (option for overtime)
