We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our new education division. This is an incredible opportunity to join an award-winning company at an exciting time of growth and make a significant impact in the education recruitment sector.
The Role:
As the Education Division Recruitment Manager, you will spearhead the establishment and growth of our education recruitment team. Your role will involve managing all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from candidate attraction to client relationship management. You'll have the autonomy to shape the division's strategy, driving business development and building long-term partnerships with schools and SEND provisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants.

Oversee the full 360 recruitment process, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Drive business development to expand our client base.

Conduct face-to-face visits with schools and SEND provisions to build and maintain relationships.

Develop and implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.

Manage existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Mentor and develop team members, supporting their career progression.
What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in education recruitment.

A strong track record in business development and client management.

Leadership experience or a desire to step into a management role.
