Your new role
Your key responsibilities will consist of the following:
Calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments for the company team
Preparing and editing correspondences, communication, presentations and other documents
Travel arrangement, including booking flights, accommodation and transport
Handle confidential information with discretion
Order office supplies, manage relationships with vendors and liaise with building management
Management of office environment
Organise the company's events and meetings, and take responsibility for catering and logistics
Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices and processing expense reports
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered, you will have the following:
Previous experience as an executive/personal assistant
Computer-literate - strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
A valid driving licence
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive the following:
A salary between £30,000 -£35,000
Work in a state-of-the-art building
