BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
MACCLESFIELD
£35, 000 - £40, 000 doe with uncapped commission
First yr £60 - 65, 000
Our client is a tech security business based in Macclesfield. They are a well respected business who provide tech security assessments and incident response.
This role involves working alongside the Incident team exploring new opportunities with existing clients as well as developing new business.
You will need to have sound business development experience within IT / Tech sales or cyber security. The role is office based only so you will need to live within a sensible commuting distance of Macclesfield.
Business Development Manager Duties:

Building long term, sustainable relationships with new and existing clients in order to support the business growth plans

Working closely with the existing account management team to identify previously unexplored opportunities

Reporting account status and metrics to the Associate Director and Sales Director

Produce high quality proposals.

Responsible for continual improvement and review of service documents.

Creating and Maintaining accurate Customer Relationship Management records.

Work with the scheduling and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Benchmarking against competitors for the service.

Achieving the sales target as set out by the business.
Business Development Manager Requirements
- Proven business development experience (Ideally IT / Tech or cyber security)
- Excellent communicator with strong written communication skills
- Successful at building long term relationships
- The desire and drive to research new sales opportunities
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (office based)
