Service Advisor
Location: Wolverhampton, UK
Employment Type: Monday to Friday / 8am to 5:30pm / 42.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 plus Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: The Service Advisor will greet customers warmly, assess their service needs, and provide detailed explanations of the work required.

Appointment Scheduling: They will manage and coordinate service appointments, ensuring the efficient use of workshop time.

Work Orders: The role involves preparing detailed work orders for technicians, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Communication: The Service Advisor will keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle’s service, any additional work required, and associated costs.

Sales: They will advise customers on necessary repairs and additional services, upselling where appropriate.

Billing: The Service Advisor will process payments and handle any billing inquiries.
Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Knowledge: A strong understanding of automotive services and repairs is essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Organizational Skills: The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
