We are now recruiting for an Order Processor to work within a busy customer services department. The Order Processor will be receiving and managing customer orders by email, telephone and in person , and will be responsible for processing orders accurately and to agreed business agreements.

As the Order Processor you will be responsible for:

Control processing capacity to meet manufacturing targets – receiving and managing orders by phone, email etc

Processing orders accurately and quickly

Problem solving and managing any queries

Working to Quality & regulatory frameworks and processes

Representing company as front of house
-
Maintain customer service quality
-
Maintain and develop order processing accuracy

Communicating with customers/ business partners in a respectful way reflecting company values

Providing customers with updates
Requirements :
-
Previous Order processing experience
-
Previous experience in a customer service role
-
Experience handling customer orders
-
Experience handling complaints and resolving where needed
-
Excellent communication skills (Writing, telephone and in person)

Computer literate (MS office, Email, MS Teams)

Strong people skills
