Job Title: Administrator
Location: Bracknell
Role Overview:
Manage work orders for planned maintenance and reactive tasks, ensuring timely completion and clear communication with all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks and attend meetings as required.
Handle reactive and planned maintenance jobs from start to finish, including invoicing.
Accurately input data
Maintain strong client relationships and update records.
Coordinate with sub-contractors and raise orders as needed.
Provide daily reports to clients.
Assist in preparing monthly reports with the Contracts Manager.Skills & Qualifications:
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in the facilities maintenance industry is preferable.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Team player, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office/Excel.
Preferably NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Service.Working Hours:
Site-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
