Our client is looking for a sales administrator to join their team in the South Birmingham area. The main duty of this role is to support the sales adminsitration side of the bussiness.
The Role:
To be the main office contact for administration support, working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Office Supervisor. You will be supporting the sales department and senior management with a variety of tasks including:

Managing correspondence, including phone calls, enquiry e-mails and intro packages.

Creating reports to support senior management when required.

Comms with contractors and architects to identify requirements of proposed projects and potential leads.

Monitoring specifications on NBS and reaching out to the lead on the project.

Helping the sales team to manage major projects and ensure they are followed up promptly.

Follow up and update leads which have been quoted but not yet converted.

Assisting with marketing activities in order to generate leads:

Assisting in the design and development of social media posts.

Previous lead generation/marketing experience
