Warehouse / Logistics:

Managing stock inventory and ensuring accurate stock management.

Managing the entire procurement process including raising/approving POs.

Conducting regular stock reviews to optimise inventory levels and prevent stockouts.

Overseeing warehouse operations of all depots to maximise efficiency and organisation.

Managing relationships with hauliers and couriers to ensure efficient transportation of goods.
-
Collaborating with other departments to optimise logistics processes and efficiencies.
Administration
-
Managing running of the shop incl. the customer experience, stock and ordering.

Generating shop activity reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
-
Generating monthly warranty and claim reports to track and monitor failure rate and its impact on the business.
-
Compiling sales reports to analyse sales performance and trends of products.
-
Preparing stock reports for internal stakeholders and management review.
-
Establishing and monitoring a clear month end procedure for the entire department.
-
Providing support to Finance team for month-end processes and financial reporting
Team Management: (8 direct reports)

Setting departmental KPIs and monitoring performance.
-
Allocating resources within the team to optimise productivity and performance.

Establishing clear quality gates to maintain high standards and monitoring adherence.

Managing and developing the team including recruitment, training and development.

Conducting training sessions on processes, procedures and systems
Additional Duties:

Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
-
Handle ad-hoc logistics and administrative tasks as needed.
This role will be based on-site at the office 5 days per week
