This is a full time administrative position in the Clinical Service, specifically the Edge of Care Team, the post will be a full time office based role at the clinical hub (the address is Howard Road, Hackney, N16 8PX).
The appointed candidate will be supporting a team of 7 practitioners within a team that support relationship breakdowns and crisis for children on the edge of care. The duties include preparing for a weekly team meeting, minuting the discussions in the weekly meeting and the relevant follow up work, ordering resources for the team and organising their travel. In addition to this the post holder will be based 5 days a week at the clinical hub, here they will welcome in the young people that are due to be seen each day, settle them in for their appointments, support with setting up rooms for sessions and the day to day organisation of the building.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with great customer service skills and the ability to work well with technology. They need to work well independently and have a strong work ethic.
This post is a maternity cover post and is expected to run until June 2025.
