Job Summary:
The Warehouse Administrator will support the shipping and logistics operations of our clients paper manufacturing company. This role involves coordinating shipments, liasing with the warehouse, maintaining accurate records, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift:
Monday to Friday - 14.00 - 22.00.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipment Coordination:

Assist in planning and scheduling shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and sales teams to manage shipment priorities and schedules.
Documentation:

Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels.

Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Communication:

Act as a liaison between the shipping department and carriers, customers, and other internal departments.

Communicate shipping schedules and updates to relevant parties.
Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and shipping costs.

Update shipping logs and databases regularly.
Inventory Management:

Previous experience of working in a transport/shipping/warehouse department is desirable.
