We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking private training Provider for a Professional Services Tutor
A tutor plays a vital part in the learner’s journey. They are often seen as the face of the business, as they will be managing the relationship between provider, clients, and learners.
They are located in Liverpool, the role will be predominantly remote with one day per week in the office.
As a Professional Services Tutor, you will:

To work without supervision to support learners undertaking an Apprenticeship Standard or standalone qualification programme of learning.

To support Functional Skills English and Maths delivery up to Level 2 on Apprenticeship Programmes.

To carry out assessment of learners against standards or qualification criteria.

To assist in the compilation of learners portfolios and to monitor the quality of learning.

To support candidates in identifying opportunities for the collection of portfolio evidence.

To contribute to the development of the candidate’s plans of individual training needs.

To contribute to the establishment of relationships and the development of partnerships with employers and representative bodies.

To participate in course evaluation, quality assurance and self-assessment processes.

To complete paperwork in accordance with the Skills Funding Agency and Awarding Body requirements.

To travel as required to the student’s workplace to carry out assessment and training related tasks (WBL programmes).

To deliver and assess accredited and certificated programmes when required in the workplace.

To produce accurate and timely monthly reports to the manager on the progress of the learners.

To be flexible and responsive meeting the needs of the customer and the company.

To provide a professional customer service to both internal and external customers.
