As an HR Officer, you'll play a crucial role in managing key HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to HR Advisor duties and more. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring process and help new employees settle in smoothly
HR Advisory Duties: Providing HR advice and low level ER advice to the business
Training Coordination: Organize and oversee training programs and company events
HR Compliance: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with policies.Requirements:
2-3 years of HR experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
