WeDoData are supporting a longstanding client who are looking for an IT Support Technician on a full time, permanent basis.
My client is a small but high performing university who are going through an exciting period of growth and have the backing and support of a tier 1 top #50 university in the US.
You'll be joining an existing team of 5 who provide support to staff and students located across 5 sites. To be considered, you'll need solid 2nd line support experience (any 3rd line would be an advantage) with working experience of the Microsoft stack, including AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc
Experience supporting VOIP, Video Conferencing tools and use of a ticketing systems like ServiceNow is a distinct advantage
The IT department have a number of large scale projects coming up, so we need someone who is technically competent, flexible, proactive and customer service focussed
The salary on offer is £38,000 plus benefits, including 25 days holiday, pension, group life assurance and optional private healthcare.
Please note that due to nature of the job, this role will be based on-site in Central London.
