SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR

We are looking for a Service Co-ordinator offering the following benefits;

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 8 hours per day
Inline with their growth plan and continued success and expansion, a new opportunity for a Service Co-ordinator has come available, working out of their headquarters in Chorley.
Reporting directly to the management team, the ideal candidate must be self-motivated, capable of organising and have a strong customer focus.
Our ideal candidate requirements:

Maintenance of CRM system (CASH)

Engineering job completions

Liaising with team managers on a daily basis to ensure necessary tasks are complete

Monitoring of emails
-
Taking internal/external calls
-
General admin duties (scanning, printing, filing etc.)
Additional Requirements / Skills:

Be self-managed and able to work under your own initiative whilst still being a good team player

Microsoft office experience

Be reliable, organised, hardworking and have good planning skills

Adherence to all company policies and procedures

To act as a company ambassador

Maintaining/developing good relations with both clients and colleagues
The role will involve scheduling and coordinating appointments for engineers to visit sites throughout the UK
