As Client Services Manager you will be the relationship manager for your portfolio of clients, overseeing day-to-day activity, performance, SLA adherence and quality, as well as acting as client stakeholder to the wider business. More broadly, you will support bringing initiatives, innovation and capability to the clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives. Our client’s aim is not just to help clients with their performance and customer support, but to help them to continue improving. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new client initiatives. It’s an exciting, dynamic and evolving role.
Duties:

Develop open and effective channels of communication with each Client and build strong working relationships

Provide every client with an excellent service from start to finish

Understand the individual needs of the clients

Ensure all clients are contacted on a regular basis

Hold regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service

Provide regular performance reports and analyse results by monitoring KPIs

Attend new business and existing client meetings to deliver presentations and reports

Continuously improve client service procedures, policies, and standards for the organisation

Arrange and book client meetings including travel arrangements
-
Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate

Ensure the CRM and case management software is continuously kept up to date

Requirements:
