Job Title: Administrator with Data Entry and Telephone Experience
Location: Winwick, Warrington
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 8.30am -5.00pm
Salary: £23-25k (negotiable dependant on expereince)
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information into databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Telephone Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
- Customer Interaction: Assist customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong telephone communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
