A superb opportunity has arisen to join a friendly, motivated team in their offices in Leamington Spa as a Sales Order Processor.
This role will also include an element of outbound calls to existing clients discussing potential further opportunities and highlighting new company developments and product lines. Therefore it would suit someone highly organised and capable with a confident, articulate telephone manner, who is not afraid of picking up the phone and speaking to customers.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm – 37.5 Hours a week (30 mins lunch)
Key Responsibilities:
Key account management
Making outbound calls to build on existing business and create new business
Contacting customers to Increase the volume and value of existing orders.
Managing the email inbox, incoming phone orders and responding to enquiries
Calling + Emailing customers back with information they have requested
Processing sales quotations & orders
Creating and booking in purchase orders
Checking and maintaining stock levels and main stock inventory
Purchasing weekly main stock from the factory
Purchasing from external suppliers
Updating ERP with customer key information
