An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time Customer Care Representative based in London, with flexibility for hybrid / remote work.
About the role
The role of Customer Care Representative is a great opportunity for someone that is not just looking for a job, but who wants to develop and build a career for themselves. Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and customer care requests
Using the CRM to process and resolve customer cases in a timely and efficient manner
Updating customers on order statuses and product knowledge requests
Assisting customers with technical troubleshooting of products striving for one-call resolutions
Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
Performing and completing project-based duties as assigned
Providing timely feedback to the Customer Care Manager regarding service failures or customer concerns
About the rewards
As Customer Care Representative there is a salary on offer of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About you
To be successful for the role of Customer Care Representative, you must have / be:
Ideally 2 years customer care and/or Sales experience
Strong communications skills, displays integrity and empathy to all customers
Able to work well independently and as part of the team
A creative problem solver
Technical mindset and understanding
Passion to learn new information and ability to grasp new concepts
Articulate and able to convey information clearly
The ability to manage and process multiple tasks simultaneously
Technical Troubleshooting via phone on WhatsApp or Facetime
Interest in health and wellness is a bonus!
