Ultimately, you will work in a support role and oversee many administrative tasks as needed.

The successful Operations Coordinator will be offered:
£28,000 - £32,000 Basic - depending on experience.
Operations Coordinator requirements:
Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
Good time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Key duties for the role of Operations Coordinator include, but will not be limited to:
Work alongside the managing directors
Assist with the management of daily logistics and activities
Human Resources Management
Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
Maintaining Organisational Efficiency
Coordinating Events
Securing Office Premises
