We Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a Project Manager based in the North of Wales/ Merseyside area that’s had experience working on the internals packages such as flooring, joinery and walls etc within an industrial or engineering based setting.
This will be to join one of the leading design and build companies in the North West that have an incredibly strong interiors arm to the business and have recently won a package on a large project in North Wales.
The day rate on offer is currently relatively flexible and naturally it will be in alignment with your own experience. A rough guideline for the Project Manager position is £500 - £550 a day.
Please note that it is imperative that you have experience working with NEC3 Contracts and at a minimum NEC4.
Job Role:

Manage staff members and sub-contractors within your control to ensure that they function efficiently, correctly and follow all Health & Safety Instructions

Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget

To maintain accurate commercial and progress reporting on a regular basis

Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development

Conduct regular reviews of drawings/document control on site, ensuring the correct versions are being used and maintained
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as a Project Manager

Previous experience on a construction site similar to an engineer/industrial project or civils based

Previous experience working on NEC3 contracts or NEC4 at a minimum

SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid preferable
