Public Liaison Officer
My client is a Tier 1, Main Contractor and they have several Highways Term Maintenance project in and around the Wokingham area. They are looking for a Public Liaison office to join their site team.
As the Public Liaison Officer will undertake a broad range of communication and marketing-based activities. With a particular focus on customer care and stakeholder engagement. Based on site the Public Liaison Officer will be the first point of contact for all stakeholder enquiries and customer complaints. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and friendly individual to make their mark. The role will be based on site and in the contract office in Wokingham.
This is a full-time, fixed term role but flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
Your key accounatbilities wil be to support and develop community engagement activities
Deliver proactive project specific comms (including via social media) to affected network users
Be the first point of contact for all public relation activities on site
Deliver and organise communications to community groups
Liaise with the contract operational teams and Business Manager to understand the works that are carried out by the client
Liaise with the clients Communications Officer about customer satisfaction, complaints and general feedback
