Customer Service Advisors
Location: North Bristol
Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm plus one in 3 Saturday Mornings
Salary: £34,500 Plus OTE
Hours: 45 hours per week
Overview
We are currently seeking several Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established company in North Bristol. Whether you're experienced or just starting, comprehensive training will be provided through our client's dedicated in-house Learning & Development team.
Main Duties
Provide outstanding customer care, serving as the essential link between our customers and the workshop.
Inform and consult customers on vehicle servicing, keeping them updated at every stage and addressing any questions or concerns.
Liaise with technicians and workshop control to monitor vehicle statuses and ensure timely completion.
Offer expert advice on our products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Skills Required
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail.
A customer service background is beneficial for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, demanding environment.
Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential.
