About the Role:
A prestigious and academically selective independent school in central Guildford is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Commercial Manager. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in expanding and managing the school's commercial potential through high-quality lettings.
With the upcoming opening of state-of-the-art sports facilities in Autumn 2024, including an all-weather hockey pitch, 400m athletics track, cricket nets, football pitches, and a sports pavilion, this is an exciting time to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and shape the commercial strategy to maximise revenue from the school's facilities.
Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and the wider community.
Identify and develop new income streams, particularly through lettings.
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service in a client-facing environment.About You:
Strong financial awareness, business acumen, and a strategic mindset.
Proven experience in a commercial role, with a focus on client-facing environments.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
