CSS Recruitment & Training are seeking an experience Recruitment Consultant to join our Building Services & Construction division who specialise is supplying temporary Trades & Labour to various contractors across the UK.
The Role
Sourcing, interviewing & assessing potential candidates.
Ensuring that our client’s staffing requirements are always met.
Managing a temporary workforce
Daily liaison with clients
Daily site attendance checks
Strengths & Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated & able to work on own initiative.
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Excellent time management with a flexible approach to work
Ability to liaise with management of all levels.

Experience & Requirements
Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience in Building Services or construction recruitment.
Ideally you will have Business Development experience
Good IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook
Full driving license.
