To provide coordination support to the HSSEQ Team. Your duties will include:
- Training
- Source, arrange, and record training for all company personnel
- Maintain training folders for all company personnel
- Maintain the company training matrix for all personnel and subcontractors
- Upload training certification onto client portals
- Allocation of eLearning details to company personnel
- Act as POC for all eLearning and training providers.
- Act as Fire Marshall in the Head Office
- Commercials
- Raising PO’s (Training, Accreditations, Annual subscriptions, External Audits etc)
- Raise GRNs.
- Maintain the company training budget.
- Client
- Be familiar with all client portals.
- Production and uploading of Project HSSEQ Monthly reports to clients / client portals within agreed SLAs.
- Production and uploading of Project QPLs to clients / client portals within agreed SLAs.
- POC for the MBNL Key system.
- Consolidation and issue of the MBNL POW weekly report
- Coordination, issue, receipt, recording for the Ericsson Passport Scheme.
- Administration
- Accept and respond to all HSSEQ enquires received via the team telephone.
- Review, action and allocation of all items received within the hseq mailbox.
- Assist with documentation production as required.
- Issue of HSSEQ eAlerts.
- Completion of the HSSEQ Monthly report.
- Issue, record, receipt of Client Site Access Keys.
- Lone Worker POC for deployed HSSEQ personnel.
- Provision of management information as required.
- Arrange for DSE assessments to be issued to all new starters.
- Receipt and storage of Company personnel HSSEQ Induction forms, training matrix to be updated also.
Any other related duties that the company may reasonably determine from time to time
