Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for customer service professionals to join our client based in the Sutton area.
The Individuals:
Ideally targeting those with previous customer service experience gained from within a call centre, banking or retail industry - you will thrive working in a business reactive role offering a high level of service.
Resilient, self-motivation and driven, keen to learn

IT savvy and confident to learn new systems
Someone who wants to work as part of a team, assisting the department with their deadlinesThe Role:
Working in a varied customer service and administrative role, you will be the first point of contact for all service delivery queries and requests, assisting with schedules and general enquiries.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for all business clients, communicating via the phone, email and in-house portal. Good spoken and written grammar is a must.
In return you will receive ongoing training, whilst working in a large and friendly department.
