Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Global Manufacturing business to provide Administration support to one of the Directors.
This role is perfect for a Senior Administrator who has provided support to leadership previously
Salary £28,000 to £35,000
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Daily duties will include;
- provide full administrative support to 3 Directors
- Opportunity to travel to other UK sites to support meetings, visits etc.
- Provide diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, email management
- Handle confidential information
- Do general administration duties to assist with business needs
- Booking meeting rooms, team events.
- Coordinate, format and review management presentations both internally and externally,
- coordinate various monthly reporting duties.
This is a busy and varied role and will require someone who is highly organised, excellent attention to detail and time management skills and has previous experience of supporting at Director, CEO level
