WeDoData are working with a secondary school & sixth form in East London with around 1500 students and a good Ofsted rating, with multiple buildings and state of the art facilities including 4 computer suites.
The school is IT driven and has migrated to cloud based systems, and they are now looking for an experienced and driven IT Technician to join the Network Manager for the support and development of the schools IT.
The role
Working directly with the Network Manager, you will be responsible for 1st & 2nd line IT support on site throughout the school to staff and students, and to ensure the IT helpdesk is attended to, with tickets responded to in a timely manor.
The role will involve day to day support to staff and students in a Microsoft environment, which has migrated to the cloud - using Entra ID.
Responsibilities include boots on the ground support throughout the school, alongside the creation and management of user accounts, password resets, repairs and maintenance of equipment, end point support, GDPR, MDM and more.
