Salary: £32,255 per annum

They are seeking a proactive Regulatory Change Business Partner to ensure they are effectively responding to Regulatory change over the next 12 months.
They’re offering a competitive salary on a 12-month FTC contract with great company benefits.
This is a critical role with responsibility for creating the conditions for leadership, management, colleagues, and customers to effectively understand and engage in the development and completion of actions to ensure compliance with the Regulator for Social Housing requirements.

What you will need to be their Regulatory Change Business Partner:
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work and coordinate with other colleagues - with attention to detail and management of multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the housing sector or a related field and strong understanding and working knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures required within the social housing sector in England.
- Experience of compliance practices, regulatory changes and revising policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, including staying informed about emerging trends, best practices, and evolving requirements.
- Ability to influence, build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Board, leadership, colleagues, and customers.
- Good verbal and written communication and experience in writing Board level reports.
- Ability to innovate, engage, inspire and improve to drive continuous improvements.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options and develop practical solutions.
