Community Manager – Reading - £65,000 DOE
This is an exciting opportunity to join the operational team as a Community Manager at one of Reading’s most sought-after Build to Rent development sites. You will be joining a company who are specialists in operating small to large scale living, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The Community Manager role carries responsibility for building and maintaining the reputation and brand of the building, driving revenue, managing costs within the budget whilst achieving the highest possible approval ratings.
Further duties of your role will include:

Deliver excellent customer service having worked at a senior level within a similar industry

Build relationships through energy and interpersonal skills

Keen eye for detail

Leadership skills and a track record of leading a highly motivated team with the ability to communicate effectively
I am looking for the following skill set:

Experience within BTR, property sector, hospitality at a General Manager level

Have a passion for customer service and ensuring excellence

Understanding of building operations and statutory obligations

Understanding of health and safety regulations

Have a collaborative working style and strong leadership qualities to ensure people follow your lead

Have a calm and clear communication style

Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
