A highly sought-after opportunity to work with a well-established Sheffield based contractor who work are renown Office Fit-Out Specialist.
Due to the amount of work and projects being won, my client has identified the need for a new Site Manager.
The first project the successful candidate will be working on is a £1.1M Office Fit Out in Southampton
A Black CSCS is required for this role.
The Duties

Leading and supervising a team of tradespeople.

Participating in joinery tasks alongside the team

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Competently read and understand drawings and designs.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with project manager, clients and colleagues.

Collaborate with team members to overcome any issues that arise on site.

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring the are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Manage on site deliveries.
The Requirements

Full understanding of the construction process from start to finish, read and interpret drawings, building regulations and health and safety procedures.

Previous experience as a joiner is preferred.

SSSTS or SMSTS ticket is required.

Valid Black CSCS card

Full UK Driving License
