Role Overview: As a Retailer Own Brand Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of our ROB strategy. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll lead initiatives to enhance our product offerings and ensure alignment with our branded strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering the ROB strategy for the 'snacks' division, focusing on new product initiatives and business opportunities.

Lead ROB projects, setting clear targets and timelines, and providing regular updates to the business.

Manage change programs and critical path generation to ensure project success.

Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Category, NPD, and more to ensure customer and consumer relevancy.

Act as the primary contact for ROB customers, ensuring effective communication and management of critical paths.

Drive continuous improvement by capturing learnings from projects and new launches.
Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in new product launches and relationship development preferred.
