HR Advisor, City of London, Up to £21ph
Well established membership body requires a professional and diligent HR Advisor for a 4 month temporary position to start immediately.
Purpose of the role is to provide full learning and development and performance management support, lead on recognition scheme and corporate induction events.
Duties will include:
Update and maintain staff records and updates relating to learning and development
Facilitate the L&D functions e.g. organise training, book meetings, confirm training dates and suppliers
Facilitate development and maintenance of annual training plan and keep budget tracker up to date
Draft and publish learning & development communications and newsletters
Coordinate learning events and conferences
Work with Management to identify learning needs for teams
Lead on employee recognition awards
Assist in preparations for employee appraisals
Assist with monthly management information
Organise and conduct new starters inductions
Keep L&D and HR Intranet pages up to date
Assist with HR queries
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
Proven HR advisor experience
Learning & Development experience within a HR function
CIPD qualification of equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised
Strong administrative skills
Experience of working within a team
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
